Organized by the International Federation for Information Technology and Travel & Tourism (IFITT), the annual ENTER conference provides a unique venue for researchers, industry representatives, government officials, students and entrepreneurs to come together and share, discuss and challenge the latest developments in information technology in the fields of travel and tourism. Since 1994 ENTER has brought together leading academics and industry professionals in travel and technology to serve as a platform showcasing cutting-edge research and development in eTourism. With the theme “eTourism: Development Opportunities and Challenges in an Unpredictable World”, ENTER2021 will focus on exploring ways technology can be used to create positive impacts on society, environment, and economy within the context of travel and tourism.


IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • The conference will take place 19 – 22 January 2021
  • Due to the huge challenges in international travel caused by COVID-19, [email protected] has been postponed till 2022.
  • The ENTER2021 eTourism Conference will be moved online and held as a virtual conference.
  • Claudia Brözel from Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development, Germany, has been appointed as the Overall Chair of [email protected]
  • ENTER2021 Proceedings including Full Paper and Short Papers will be published online only as Open Access with Springer.
  • A new sub-track on Repercussions of COVID-19 on e-Tourism has been created

 


KEY TOPICS

ENTER2021 calls for the latest research and case studies on emergent and cutting-edge ICT concepts, applications, and business models to be shared at the conference.
