Payment & Cancellation conditions:
After we have received your registration form, we will send you confirmation of participation as well as an invoice. The participation fee must be paid within 14 days and always prior to the start of the event. No registration will be confirmed before payment is received. You will receive your admission ticket two to three weeks before the event by email.By cheque: in favour of Heliview Conferences & Training BV (VAT No 8194.90.192 BO1) Please ensure that the conference code 29516 is written on the back of the cheque.
Please note: Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the Registration fees.
Cancellation is possible up to 15 days prior to the event and will incur a charge of € 100,- + VAT service charge in cancellation costs. After this point in time or if your are not present at the event the full charge will be payable. Cancellation may only take place in writing (via fax or via post). Substitution by a colleague is always welcome.Registration and Information Desk - This information will be added soon.
Badges and Identification:
Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge, to be worn all times during the Conference activities and social events.
Attendance Certificate
Certificate of Attendance will be available from the conference secretariat on request.
