Wolfgang Drews

Wolfgang Drews studied Information Management at the University of Trier, Germany. Since 2005 he has been working as a research assistant with Professor Schertler who holds the chair of strategic tourism-management. In his main research he deals with virtual communities, social networks and the web x.0. His focus is on affinity group management in tourism. Beside his work for university he has been managing-director of a company for web-technologies, consulting and training since 1999, has given lectures on conferences discussing web-technologies and is author of publications in this field of interest.
