Christoph Herzog

Research Track Speaker
Christoph Herzog studied computer science at the Vienna University of Technology, receiving his MSc. in 2005. His master thesis contemplates aspects of Semantic Web technologies used in B2B data exchange, covering data interoperability aspects based on the use of ontologies.He is working at the E-Commerce Competence Center EC3, where his research interests are in the fields of social software, especially in the analysis of tagging structures and group interaction as well as in the field of Semantic Web technologies. Current research efforts are, related to the "Web 3.0" idea, mainly concerned with bringing together aspects of these two fields.
