Rosana Leung

Rosanna Leung received her Bachelor degree in Electronic Commerce and MSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management at universities in Hong Kong. She has been the IT Manager in the Hospitality and Travel industry for over 15 years and involved in various pre-opening projects in Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers, City Garden Hotel and Hong Kong Stadium. She was in-charged of several hotels’ user training and data migration projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China including Holiday Inn and Nikko Hotel. Rosanna was also the PMS system installer for several hotel projects in China. Presently, she is guest lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her expertise includes applied applications of Information Technology in hospitality and tourism operations and website evaluations. back
