IFITTitaly Lab at BTO - Buy Tourism Online, Florence, December 1-2, 2011

IFITTitaly, the newly formed Italian chapter of IFITT will meet at BTO - Buy Tourism Online - in Florence on December 1, 2011.

BTO has become in 4 years the most important Italian event on eTourism, gathering some 3000 people from industry and academia, attending a wealth of speeches, seminars and meetings (http://www.buytourismonline.com/).

On this occasion IFITTitaly has organized a conference on Italia eTourism which will take place on December 1 (http://www.buytourismonline.com/il-programma-day-one-1-dicembre-2011/).

The two sessions, moderated by Valeria Minghetti and Giacomo del Chiappa, will discuss the most recent trends in online reputation, mobile technologies, hospitality use of social media, revenue management and organizational impacts of Web 2.0. A chapter assembly will be held at the end of the meeting.
