The below presented sponsor opportunities are suggestions. If you have other suggestions apart from those, you are welcome to discuss these with us. A description of the sponsor offerings can be found here.

Description of sponsor offerings

All offerings include the presentation of the sponsor’s logotype on the conference homepage.

Gold star
The conference bag will be handed out to all delegates. The sponsor has the right to put own material in the bag. The bag will provide the sponsor’s logotype together with the logotype of Lund and Mid Sweden University. The delegate list includes the delegates’ names, corporation/organization and email addresses. Exhibition space is offered at a place that is frequently visited by both conference delegates and students. Table is included, but the sponsor has to bring own material like rollups, etc. The exhibition will take place during the first two days of the conference. The value of the participation in the conference is about 930 Euros/person. There can be one sponsor of Gold star only. The sponsor will be mentioned in the conference programme.

Silver star
The delegate list includes the delegates’ names, corporation/organization and email addresses. Exhibition space is offered at a place that is frequently visited by both conference delegates and students. Table is included, but the sponsor has to bring own material like rollups, etc. The exhibition will take place during the first two days of the conference. The value of the participation in the conference is about 930 Euros/person. There can be two sponsors of Silver star only. The sponsors will be mentioned in the conference programme.

Conference material
The sponsoring of the band for delegates’ name badgets is offered to one sponsor only. All other conference material can be supported by several sponsors. This can also include conference material that has not been mentioned in the list above. If you have your own ideas, please contact us concerning this matter.

Food and beverage
Delegates at the conference are offered lunch, morning- and afternoon coffee. Sponsors of food and beverage are mentioned in the conference programme. You also have the opportunity to place your own rollup or other material during the meal. The sponsoring is limited to three sponsors per meal in order to increase visibility of the sponsors.

Gala dinner
The gala dinner is a popular event and will take place at the restaurant ”Parapeten”. The sponsor of this event will be mentioned in the conference programme. You will also be given the opportunity to deliver a short speech during the dinner.

Exhibition
Exhibition space is offered at a place that is frequently visited by both conference delegates and students. Table is included, but the sponsor has to bring own material like rollups, etc. The exhibition will take place during the first two days of the conference. The value of participation at the Austrian Day is...Euros. The value of participation at the whole conference is...Euros.
