CALL FOR INDUSTRY CASES

In addition to the usual call for academic research papers, and considering the success achieved in the previous conferences, ENTER2013 is having a call for projects primarily aimed at representatives as well as technology and marketing practitioners from companies working in the travel and tourism sector who have valuable experience to report and present.

Projects will be in the form of a presentation at one of the sessions in the ENTER 2013 Industry Track. A proposal of the project to be presented should follow the template below. Speakers should also include a short bio (50 words) or CV and a short presentation of their organisation (100 words). Official conference language is English (no translation services are available at the conference).

Possible topics include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Evolution of destination marketing; past, present and future.
• Social Media in the marketing mix
• Changing behaviour of travel consumers
• New technologies in the tourism sector
• Innovate product development
• Industry visions and trends
• Effective multi-channel branding
• Opportunities yet to be realised
• Web tools increasing the effectiveness of digital marketing (supported with cases)
• The future of destination marketing

You must submit your presentation proposal by completing the form on the following page. Please note, it must be submitted by Friday 29th July, 2011 via email to enter2012.industry@gmail.com

A template with advice and guidelines for the speakers is available. Feedback will be given to all submitters stating the acceptance or inappropriateness of the proposal and, possibly, requests for modifications.

Instructions for the submission of the presentation will be sent to all accepted and confirmed speakers. Presentations will be published online and made available to all delegates of ENTER 2013.
