As Director E-acquisition Viktor van der Wijk is responsible for all Digital Commerce related activities for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. His scope includes all on-line channel related activities via social media, email, (meta)search, display and affiliation as well as all ancillary commerce developments for KLM, that is part of the AIR FRANCE KLM Group since 2004. During his career Viktor has gained experience on different commercial areas of expertise within the AIR FRANCE KLM Group, varying from revenue management to strategic planning where he has spent several years abroad generating him an internationally developed background.
Ed Parsons, the Geospatial Technologist of Google
Ed Parsons is the Geospatial Technologist of Google, with responsibility for evangelising Google’s mission to organise the world’s information using geography, and tools including Google Earth, Google Maps and Google Maps for Mobile. In his role he also maintains links with Universities, Research and Standards Organisations which are involved in the development of Geospatial Technology. Ed is based in Google’s London office, and anywhere else he can plug in his laptop. Ed was the first Chief Technology Officer in the 200-year-old history of Ordnance Survey, and was instrumental in moving the focus of the organisation from mapping to Geographical Information. Ed came to the Ordnance Survey from Autodesk, where he was EMEA Applications Manager for the Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Division. He earned a Masters degree in Applied Remote Sensing from Cranfield Institute of Technology and holds a Honorary Doctorate in Science from Kingston University, London. Ed is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and is the author of numerous articles, professional papers and presentations to International Conferences and he developed one of first weblogs in the Geospatial Industry at www.edparsons.com
Schahram Dustdar (ACM Distinguished Scientist), is Full Professor of Computer Science with a focus on Internet Technologies heading the Distributed Systems Group, Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien). His research focus is on Internet Technologies and he is head the Distributed Systems Group. In particular, his interests are in Service-oriented Architectures and Computing, Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing, Complex-, Autonomic-, and Adaptive Systems, and Context-aware Computing including all aspects related to collaborative systems (e.g., Workflow technologies). A more recent thread of research interest concerns data services and novel programing models for Computational Science and Engineering. From 1999 - 2007 he worked as the co-founder and chief scientist of Caramba Labs Software AG in Vienna (acquired by Engineering NetWorld AG), a venture capital co-funded software company focused on software for collaborative processes in teams. He is Editor in Chief of Computing (Springer) and on the editorial board of IEEE Internet Computing, as well as author of some 300 publications. Olaf Schlieper is currently the Head of Media Management at the German National Tourist Board with his work focusing on the www.germany.travel portal along with social media and professional video management. Between 1996 and 1999 he worked as sales and marketing manager at Kuhnle-Tours GmbH (Tour Operator), while later on he became an Online Manager at the German National Tourist Board. He is an active member of the European Travel Commission (ETC). Olaf Schlieper holds a degree in Economics and Geography from the Ruhr University of Bochum, Germany.

Diego Lofeudo is Sr. Director of Market Management for Africa, Middle East, Indian Ocean and Eastern Med for Expedia, Inc., the world's leading online travel service and the largest seller of travel worldwide. Diego oversees strategy, sales and contracting for all the region.Prior to joining Expedia in 2001, Diego spent 10 years in the travel industry working for various retailers, franchises, wholesalers, incoming agencies and e-commerce companies. His experience includes; consulting for Atinera Ltd, a joint venture between Amadeus and Fourth Dimension software, consulting for Playsys.com, casino - hospitality group, and as a fulfilment partner Manager for Leisureplanet.com a company with investment by CNN, AOL and LVMH. Diego, 42 and from Argentina, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Travel Industry Management from Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires – Argentina and post graduates studies in International Management for the Travel Industry - 2 year degree from Ecolle Suisse de Tourisme, C.D. Tur and Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.
Maria Ziv is the Marketing Director at VisitSweden, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reach VisitSwedens target groups The Global Traveler and The Global Company through campaigns, internet communication, social media and PR. Maria is a communications professional specializing international marketing. She has been with VisitSweden since 2006 and was previously the European Advertising Manager for Apple in Europe, based in Paris and London.
Joanna Matloka is a senior account manager at 77Agency in London and specialises in running Facebook campaigns for international markets. She is experienced in CPM buying, Google advertising, performance and affiliate marketing. Joanna has graduated from Bournemouth University completing MSc Tourism Management and Marketing and focusing her studies on online marketing for tourism destinations. The research that she had carried out together with Professor Dimitrios Buhalis on destination marketing through User Personalised Content was presented during Enter 2010 conference in Lugano.
